Sometimes the beginning of things isn't "Instagram-worthy" (or at least that is how we feel about it.)
Starting anything new... Learning a new skill... Making changes your lifestyle, mindset, attitude... is never a simple task.
No matter how small the change, there will always be an element of discomfort. The unknown is unknown and uncomfortable. But step by step, small efforts compile into sustained changes. One small positive change helps to fuel the next, and next, and next... Soon enough things are quite different than their beginning.
The plastic waste material we use to create our plasticity. upcycled products starts out as your average joe everyday plastic waste. Grocery bags. Drop sheeting. Bubble wrap. But with just a little imagination, creativity and some tenacity, we transform plastic waste into usable, beautiful everyday products.
The bulk of our plastic waste is locally sourced. Our studio is at our home. We reuse scraps, eco-brick what can't be reused and do our best to be as efficient as we can with all the materials we use. We are far from perfect. But we are doing what we can to do things differently, and make an impact.
Each day is a new opportunity to begin again. Join us on our journey to making a difference doing what we can with what we have.
